EKOBENT - wypełniacz bentonitowy

Ten drobnoziarnisty produkt posiada szeroki zakres zastosowania w środowisku naturalnym, rolnictwie, inżynierii wodnej i lądowej. Wypełniacz jest oparty na naturalnym bentonicie o wysokiej zawartości montmoryllonitu, aktywny minerał determinuje w dużej mierze właściwości EKOBENTU.

Właściwości sorbujące - absorbuje zapachy, opary i wilgoć,
- absorbuje rozlane oleje i inne ciecze,
- absorbuje części ciekłe ze ściółki zwierzęcej (zagęszcza ciekły obornik przed kompostowaniem).

Właściwości zatrzymujące - utrzymuje wody gruntowe i składniki pokarmowe w glebie na poziomie korzeni. Jest to odpowiednie dla użyźnienia piaszczystej gleby i dla powierzchni wałów,
- jako dodatek nawozu mineralnego zapobiega filtrowaniu nawozu do poziomów poniżej warstwy ornej i również zapobiega jego zasklepianiu,
- pozostawia wodę w glebie w równowadze z podłożem uprawianych roślin.

Właściwości uszczelniające - uszczelnia budowle i zbiorniki wodne (studnie, studzienki), chroni je przed przeciekaniem,
- uszczelnia zapory i mniejsze pęknięcia przeciekowe zapobiegając stratom wody,
- zapewnia nieprzepuszczalność podłoża parku maszynowego, i przechowywanie w hali montażowej, gdzie przeciek szkodliwych substancji jest możliwy.

EKOBENT – bentonite filler

This is a fine-grained product with a wide range of uses in the environment, agriculture, civil and water engineering. The filling is based on natural bentonite with a high content of montmorillonite, the active mineral that to a great extent determines the properties of EKOBENT.

Sorption properties
 - absorbs smells, vapours and humidity,
- absorbs spilled oils and other liquids,
- absorbs the liquid parts of cattle litter (thickens liquid manure before composting).

Restoration properties
 - retains groundwater and nutrients at root level in the soil. It is therefore suitable for fertilizing sandy soils and for the surface of spoil banks,
- as a mineral fertilizer additive it prevents fertilizers from percolating into levels below the topsoil and also prevents stored fertilizers from crusting,
- puts the soil water regime into balance in plant growing substrates.

Sealing properties
 - seals structures and water tanks (wells, sumps), protecting them from surface water leakage,
- seals dams and minor leakage cracks to prevent water losses,
- ensures impermeability of the subgrades of vehicle parks, and of storage and assembly halls where leakage of harmful substances may occur.

This filling is an environment-friendly product, and its natural origin makes it a material that can be used in a wide range of applications. The impact on the environment is always favourable.
